Setup Plant Grade Options

You can create a list of plant grade options to choose from or allow an open entry field for the Grade option.

Restrict Grade options to a set list​

  1. Navigate to system setup logo System Setup > Company Preferences > Inventory.
  2. Toggle Grade restrict to list On if you want to select grade from a drop down menu, or Off if you want to type in the grade.

Create or adjust your Grade options list​

  1. Navigate to system setup logo System Setup > Inventory Tracking > Grade.
  2. Click Add New icon Add to include a new grade option
  3. To remove a Grade, click to highlight it and then click delete icon Delete to remove the highlighted record. Note that removal is not possible if any crops inventory are assigned to it.
  4. You may change the Priority value to establish the sort order ascending smallest to largest of options in drop down menus throughout the system.
